“Recent events such as the neutralization of terrorists and the surrender of members of NPA’s with thousands of their firearms may suggest that peace and stability is now present in the land. However, during election time we cannot depend upon such presumption as there are still places in Region 12 deemed hot spots and still have some sightings of rebel activities that we should have to be more cautious and remain focus with our job.” Said PCSupt Morales.
“As you are going to engage yourselves into another major event in our country securing a national day for our fellow Filipinos who will be expressing and enjoying their freedom of suffrage thru voting, you must be proud that the peace and stability they enjoy today has in large part been achieved through your dedication and sacrifices.” Said PCSupt Morales.
