Operational readiness is shown by the PNP Personnel of Carmen Municipal Police Station of Cotabato Provincial Police Office (CPPO) as they faced an armed confrontation with two (2) suspected carnappers that led to the death of one (1) suspect and the arrest of another.
In his report to the Regional Director PRO 12, PSSUPT Danilo C Peralta, Provincial Director, CPPO said that at about 10:30PM of March 18, 2013, a motorist reported to Carmen MPS of a two (2) suspected carnappers who were tailing her as she drives her motorcycle in the vicinity of Datu Dima Dalid Street, Poblacion of said Municipality.
